ImAdjSoft was written to perform automated processing on images created by an AllSky camera, but it can process images saved from any source.
|
What it does: ImadjSoft allows you to load an image and process it, recording everything you do as a layout template for later application to other images of the same type and dimensions. ImAdjSoft is configured by loading any reference image (FITS, JPG or GIF) and then processing it within the image editor. Images can be rotated, cropped, resampled, have borders added and unlimited freeform text, time/date stamps with time offsets, etc, overlaid onto each image with full font, colour and text formatting. Or simply convert images to JPG with no other processing applied. Processed images are saved as JPG files to any location you specify, including any server with FTP access. ImAdjSoft can process a single image or a folder full of images as well as having command-line control for scripting or plugin control running in invisible mode. |
ImAdjsoft can optionally create animations from images that can be of pre-set length or built-up over time to an unlimited length. Creating a seamless animation from a folder full of images or a constantly updating source, e.g. a camera. The use of Ajax (Asynchronous Javascript And XML) provides browser independance and instant updating of the animation images and without page refreshes, creating a smooth, uninterrupted show. See the live AllSky camera animation below. ImAdjSoftCCD is also included, a camera event plugin for scheduling the Software Bisques CCDSoft imaging software. The plugin can start and stop CCDSoft between manually entered, or an automatically determined sunrise and sunset, based on your geographical coordinates and time zone. |
ImAdjSoft was designed to be very flexible in operation so please take time to read the help topics in order to thoroughly understand its' various operating procedures.
