File Control - Input

Input Images - To Process

Image Type - The input format type is set by the format of the loaded Reference Image and cannot be changed manually.

Current-When this option is checked, only the latest filedated image in the Input directory will be processed when the layout is executed, unless an image is passed directly to ImAdjSoft in 'X' mode (See the Running ImAdjSoft section).

All Files- When this option is checked, all files matching the reference image format will be processed when the layout is executed, if ImAdjSoft is run with only a path passed to it. If ImAdjSoft is run with a specific Image passed to it, then only this image will be processed regardless of whether this option is checked in the layout.

Image Files Like: Displays the name of either the current file, or the file mask of the selected image type. This value is based on the selected options and cannot be changed manually.

File Control - Input To Process And Then

This section defines how the input images are to be handled after they have been processed.

Backup- When checked, this option will copy the source images (prior to processing) into the directory defined in the 'To Directory' field below. If not checked, source images will not be backed up.

Delete Source Images- When this option is checked, the source image will be deleted after it has been processed. If both the Backup option (above) and Delete options are chosen together, the source image will be copied to the backup directory before being deleted. The source image will be deleted completely if this option is chosen without the Backup option also checked.

Note: If an animation is being created, and variable-frame text exists in the layout, source images may be retained until they expire from the animation.

To Folder- This is the folder that source images will be copied to if the Backup option (above) is selected. A directory can be created and/or selected by clicking the Select Folder button.

Please Note the following points:
- If neither the Delete nor Backup options are chosen, the source files will remain in the source directory.
- If the Backup option alone is chosen, the source files will remain in the source directory as well as being copied to the backup directory.
- If the Delete option is chosen alone, then the source images will be deleted without being backed up.
- The Backup and Delete options together effectively move the source images from the Source directory to the Backup directory.
